This client was not generating new client leads via their digital channels. Upon analyzing their social channels, we identified that the type of content, design and the frequency of social posts were inadequate to engage with their target audiences.
A strategic marketing plan was developed which included revamping their social media channels and focusing on establishing a brand that instilled both expertise and knowledge in their industry. A two-fold social media campaign was established utilizing both organic and boosted posts for maximum exposure and ROI. Posts and ads were primarily produced as MP4 videos because marketing campaigns that include videos show a 34% higher conversion rate than static posts. This combined approach established the company as a trusted leader and organization.
